Lunalux offers cleaning and facility maintenance services in Qatar, including residential, commercial, and specialized packages. Service availability may vary depending on location and booking schedule.
Booking & Payment
Bookings must be made through our website, WhatsApp, or phone.
Payments may be required in advance or upon completion, depending on service type.
Lunalux reserves the right to decline or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate information regarding location, service needs, and special requirements.
Ensure safe access for staff and disclose any safety risks at the premises.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or reschedules.
Late cancellations may result in a service fee.
Liability
While we take utmost care, Lunalux is not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, improper equipment usage by clients, or hazardous environments.
Insurance coverage may apply depending on service agreements.
Intellectual Property
All website content, logo, and branding belong to Lunalux and may not be copied without permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Service Bookings
A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm service.
Refunds are subject to cancellation timelines.
Cancellation Policy
24+ hours notice: 100% refund or free reschedule.
Less than 24 hours: 50% refund or reschedule with service fee.
No-show by client: No refund.
Service Guarantee
If a client is unsatisfied, Lunalux will provide a free re-cleaning or maintenance adjustment within 24–48 hours, subject to management approval.
Refund Requests
Refunds must be requested via email at support@lunalux.qa within 7 days of service date.
